PROCESSING CENTRE

Bullnosing and Cranking of corrugated, IBR and Widespan profiles incorporates lateral indentions pressed into the sheet at a uniform distance of 25mm. Bullnose and cranks can either be at the end of a sheet or at any position along the length of the sheet. Bullnosing and centre cranks can be manufactured in a radii, ranging from 350mm tot 600mm, any longer radii will be concidered as a curve. The maximum sheet length that can be bullnosed is 15m.

Slitting coils as wide as 2000mm with a maximum mass of 25 tons can be slit according to customer requirements and specifications. The minimum slit width that can be achieved is 20 mm and the material thickness that can be accommodated range from 0.30mm tot 12mm.

Curving is done by using the same process as required by bullnosing, but an increased distance between identations is achived by the manual handeling of the profilied sheet which results in the lager radius achived.

Our Cut to Length can accommodate coils with a width of up to 2000mm, and a maximum mass of 25 tons. The material thickness that can be processed, range from 0.30mm to 12mm. The minimum and maximum lengths that can be cut, ranges from 1000mm to 6000mm

We also manufacture and supply a range of Roofing Accessories that compliment the three commonly used roofing profiles. Accessories range from standard flashings and ventilators to special flashings and all rainwater goods.

CORRUGATED PRO762 cuts and slits material to specific lengths and widths. The maximum input coil mass is 15 tons and 1500mm wide. The material thickness that can be accommodated on the blanking lines ranges from 0.4mm to 1.6mm. The minimum and maximum cut lengths that can be achieved are 200mm to 2450mm, and the minimum and maximum slit width that can be achieved on the equipment is 200mm to 1450mm.
